We are a chef driven company, meaning our focus is on innovative, modern cuisine. Our team is led by Dennis Frazier, a 14 time award winning chef.

Meet The Team
Dennis Frazier
Owner and Executive Chef
After leaving my post as Banquet Chef at Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona in 2003, I worked as a private chef from 2004-2011. During this time I got to travel quite extensively tasting local cuisine and taking in the local flavor and culture. Over the years I have cooked for professional athletes, A-List celebrities, and distinguished politicians. While I keep all of my clients confidential, I am highly sought after to this day to host private dinner parties across the country.
In early 2011, sensing an opportunity to differentiate myself from the pack, I founded Cater Phoenix. It was a simple idea… do it better than everyone else. The response has been incredible! “We used Cater Phoenix for my son’s Bar Mitzvah party and I couldn’t ask for a better team. Dennis and his team were hardworking and did everything asked so that mom of the party could enjoy herself! We had a little snafu with venue, but Dennis was able to work quickly to remedy the issues that were beyond our control. We got a ton of unsolicited compliments on the food. I had very little to eat that night but when I reheated our leftovers the day after, the food was delicious. On deck is our daughter’s Bat Mitzvah in 3 years! Dennis worked tirelessly with us to make sure our menu was within our budget and remained true to our Spanish theme. “Cater Phoenix (Dennis) did an absolutely amazing job with our wedding! We were having a NYE wedding and didn’t want traditional wedding food. We did 5 different food stations (taco and nacho bar, antipasto, cheeseburger and buffalo chicken sliders, Mac & Cheese (pulled pork included), and mexican street corn). The guests loved the food and so did we. And they did all this while it was freezing cold and pouring rain outside. Dennis was great to work with. Responds to emails quickly and took the time to do a walk through to make sure everything would go off perfectly the day of. I can’t recommend Cater Phoenix enough!“
